In every community there is hidden talent; budding performers , musicians, singers, magicians, actors and dreamers. From these ranks we get shows such as “Stars in Their Eyes”. But occasionally you get a group of people willing to be dragged out of obscurity, that when they get the right opportunities, and when their arms are twisted just to the right angle, the magic happens, and a Musical Extravaganza happens. Twice now this has happened in Hanmer Springs: in 2008 it was a tribute to Neil Diamond, and in 2009 a Tribute to the Eagles. Who knows where they will go in 2010. Watch this space.
