Refunds will be given up to the closing date of 18thth October 2010, less $5 admin fee. No refunds will be given after this date.
Walkers are welcome to compete on both courses.
Registration for the Half Marathon will be at the Mt Lyford Lodge from 7.30am to 9.15am on Saturday 23rd 2010. The Wandle Run/Walk registration will take place at the start area/parking area from 8.30am to 9.45am. You will receive your race number and final details then. Please register early
Race brief for the Half Marathon will take place at the Mt Lyford Lodge at 9.30am. The Wandle Run/Walk race brief will be at the registration area at 10.00am. All competitors must be present for this.
The Start for both races will be on the main road as signified at the race brief.
Start time for the Half Marathon race will be at 10.00am, The Wandle will start at 10.30am
Transition for Relay Runners Runners should run through the taped area, passing in front of the timers, cross the finish line to tag their team member inside the transition area.
Prize Giving will be in front of the Waiau Lodge Hotel at 2pm, along with the distribution of spot prizes. You must be there to collect Spot Prizes.

Extreme weather conditions . Should this happen the organisers reserve the right to hold entry fees and offer an alternative date.
Parking Please park as directed at start/registration areas.
Transport There will be no shuttle service available to and from the start areas. We suggest you share transport, and/or arrange to be dropped off at the start areas. We ask that an effort is made to have all vehicles clear of the race route before the start of the event to avoid congestion, and to promote runner safety.
Water Stations will be posted at 5km, 10km and 17km, and at the finish.
Runners Safety. The race will be run on the right hand side of the road, facing on coming traffic. A Lead vehicle and a Tail End Charlie vehicle will ensure that traffic is aware of runners being on the road. The road is NOT closed to traffic. Please obey all Marshalls instructions, and use your common sense, to ensure you are at all times in a safe space.
Conditions of Entry
1. All competitors compete at their own risk, and the organisers will not accept liability for any personal injury or mishap during the race.
2. All competitors must be of sufficient fitness to complete the course that they enter.
3. Organisers reserve the right to withdraw from the race any competitor who shows signs of severe fatigue or injury during the race.
4. All competitors must dress sufficiently for the conditions and weather likely to be experienced during the race. Remember weather changes very rapidly.
5. The event will be held in all weather conditions unless these are so extreme. In this instance the organisers will offer an alternative date, and reserve the right to retain all entry fees.
6. Competitors must obey all course marshals, and follow the route as described and marked by the organisers,
7. Competitors must wear their race number on their chest, to be visible at all times, and ensure it is recorded at the finish.
8. All competitors must attend the race brief.
9. All competitors must sign the indemnity on the entry form, which states that you have read, understood, and agree to these conditions of entry.
