Hanmer Events invites you to enjoy a weekend of fun friendship and fraternity in the beautiful alpine village of Hanmer Springs.

Saturday 3rd
Breakfast 7 - 8.30am at Montieths Bar
Games begin 9.30am
Every team plays at least three games
Awards, Evening Meal & Social Interaction from 6pm at Hanmer Springs Sports Pavilion
Sunday 4th
Breakfast 7 - 8.30am
Social Golf Tournament begins 10am
Prize Giving and Awards Ceremony

Entries must be received prior to the closing date of 24th August 2009. Please allow 2 days for the post to reach Hanmer!!

Registration fee is $50 per team and covers Entry fee, sports water for all games, The first "round" after the days matches, One Thermal Reserve Entry per registered player.
Other options Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday Mornings, Saturday Evening Meal @ $30per head, Golf Tournament entry @ $30per head (Golf Clubs etc available for hire)
Confirmation of entry. Your entry will be confirmed by email.
Refunds will be given up to the closing date of Monday 21st September, less 10% admin fee. No refunds will be given after this date.
Registration will be at the Montieths Bar, Conical Hill Rd, on Friday 7.30pm – 9pm, or at the Hanmer Springs Sports Pavillion on Saturday between 8.00 and 9.00am The first drink of the evening will be complementary, upon registration on Friday night.
Start time of the first match will be at 9.30am at the Domain. The first 'tee off' on the Sunday will be at 10:00am
An Awards Meal and Social evening will be held at the Sports Pavilion on Saturday Evening and at the Hanmer Springs Golf Club on Sunday afternoon.
Extreme weather conditions i.e. strong winds or snow may mean some alteration to the draw. The organisers reserve the right to alter the draw, or withhold entry fees and offer an alternative date.
